This award seeks to recognise businesses that have introduced an initiative that has helped to foster an inclusive workplace where people of varied backgrounds, perspectives or life experience share ideas and work productively together.
CriteriaThe initiative must have been introduced within the last two years and have affected a significant and positive company-wide change. Initiatives that are not company-wide should consider entering the "Project Award"
Judges will be looking for evidence of the following:
Small and Medium-sized businesses will automatically be entered into the SME Award. How to enter
Entries should be made using the form below. The case study should describe an initiative that the business has introduced which has helped foster an inclusive workplace where people with varied backgrounds, perspectives and life experiences share ideas and work productively together. Maximum 500 words. The supplementary questions each have a maximum of 100 words.
