Jackie Ducker, Executive Director, CITB
Jackie is the executive lead for the customer engagement, product management, apprenticeships, insight and direct training teams. across CITB.
With an ambition to deliver excellent experiences, drive value and support employers to access the training they need now - and for the future, Jackie's team work with customers, stakeholders, and partners to encourage training and help talented people, from diverse backgrounds, join the construction industry, develop their skills and progress sustainable careers in the sector. The team develops approaches, interventions and routes into the industry that support employers to grow their workforce in areas of greatest need - and work together to ensure the skills infrastructure, and a network of quality, standardised and transferable training is available across England, Scotland and Wales to meet industry demand. Jackie is also the co-chair of the Construction Leadership Council Skills Taskforce. |
Caroline Gumble, CEO, CIOB
Caroline joined CIOB as CEO in 2019. She is responsible for the leadership of the Institute, supported by the Leadership team of operational directors. Caroline has extensive business leadership experience gained in the UK and overseas, with the automotive and capital goods sectors gained with Lucas Industries, Ransomes Sims & Jeffries, Textron Inc and membership organisation leadership within EEF Ltd / Make UK. She is also a Director of the Board of Trustees for the Institute of Export & International Trade and a Trustee of the CIOB's Benevolent Fund (now known as CIOB Assist). Creating diverse, high-performing business environments is a passion for Caroline with a focus on skills development and lifelong learning. |
