How To Enter

Entrants should provide a case study, of no more than 500 words, which describes how your company has developed an event, intervention or resource aimed at promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace, improving employability skills or access to job opportunities. There are also some specific questions for each of the categories. Each answer should not exceed 100 words.

Case Studies

The case study should define the target audience, explain the benefits and any research or analysis carried out to ensure successful outcomes. Wherever possible, you should try to support your achievements with data and statistics.

Judges' Criteria

​The judges will be looking for evidence of the following:
  • Originality
  • How the initiative is aligned to company strategy
  • How it has helped to enhance the culture within the workforce
  • How it can be replicated
Additionally, in support of your entry, you may provide up to 4 high-res photographs. Links to websites will be disregarded. For full details of the judging criteria click here.
